According to the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, & U.S. Criminal Codes, American justice is based on rule of law, not law of rulers. Therefore, it must be blind, but also be just for all, and fairly imposed based on: probable cause, provable guilt, unjust gain, and criminal intent irrespective of political position.

Guest: MSgt Jeremy Brown is a retired Green Beret with 20 years of honorable service, having earned 2 Bronze Stars for heroic acts as a Special Forces Combat NCO and has become an emblem of frustration for many Americans who question the fairness of the justice system.
For justice to have meaning, it should mean equal justice for all. For the past 80 years justice has been spelled JUST US for the financial and political elite by their many accomplices in positions of power in the United States, the United Nations and around the world.
However, admitting the truth without punishment of those who orchestrated this travesty of injustice is not enough. It is not enough to say "OK we won".
If we fail to pull the curtain back completely to expose the corruption, then fail to hold accountable all elected office holders to their constitutional responsibility, this problem will never go away and will return like a metastasizing cancer until it destroys America.
The Founding Fathers very purposefully gave us the tools to mete justice to anyone trying to destroy our nation from within.
The crime of TREASON is well defined and should be applied in an appropriate way.
We must not be vindictive, but we must be firm in seeking true justice for all American.......even corrupt politicians.
