A key to the success of the war on the West is the destruction of dams and taking of 100+ year old water rights from farmers and ranchers that depend on irrigation and stock water to survive.

The cleanest and most reliable form of energy (hydroelectric) will be destroyed as well and the so-called “green renewable “energy of solar and wind, although notoriously unreliable and expensive, will supposedly replace it.  None of this makes sense unless your goal is to reduce human population and destroy free market economies.
Stated goals of Agenda 21/2030 are the elimination of non-corporate agriculture, meat consumption, most forms of mining & logging, private property and the ability to travel.
In essence, Americans will be moved into mega-cities of public housing & public transportation (human kennels) while most of America will be off limits to humans; unless of course you are one of the elite few in control of the rest of the sheeple.

Don't know what that means; it means a society where Americans are only an insignificant part of a one world totalitarian technocracy dedicated to cradle to grave complete control of the few remaining humans on a green, sustainable planet that grovels at the feet of a power elite group in control of international banking, finance and corporatocracy…….techno feudalism.

Most are directly connected to policies developed on an international level over the past 60 years by radical environmental groups tied to cultural Marxist ideologues in academia and government; increasingly funded by tax exempt international foundations and corporate oligarchs.
The time to go along and get along with Deep State Federal bureaucrats is at an end.  Local governments and County Commissioners must realize that their tax base and constituency is rapidly disappearing as more and more private land is transferred to the public domain.  As government grows, it becomes less efficient, more wasteful and less capable of providing basic services.
Radical Environmentalists are using loopholes in our tax code to gain unlimited funding and undue influence in governmental programs.  Lazy federal bureaucrats actively seek public/private partnerships to lessen their workload and to hide from personal responsibility for controversial decisions………..in other words; they are more than willing to pass the buck to “Experts” that are seldom more than underqualified zealots of U.N. Agenda 21/2030.

Most are waterlogged from years of swimming in the socialist D.C. swamp, purposely ignoring their constitutional oath to defend the U.S. Constitution from all enemies foreign and domestic.  Getting re-elected becomes their number one priority because the life of the protected political class is truly exhilarating for those of very limited talent and enormous self importance. 
The occasional “statesman” who manages to sneak into the “club” is short lived and powerless in a system so totally corrupt, rotten, and controlled from the inside out.

America was blessed as a land of almost unlimited opportunities, abundant natural resources, classically trained political thinkers and unshakable faith in God's Devine providence.
Although we had many obstacles to overcome, and encountered ideological demons of our own making along the way, the concepts of individual liberty and personal responsibility in a society living under common law was the glue that made America exceptional.
Love of family, church and ideals that allowed American exceptionalism to flourish for those willing to obey the laws, work hard, and accept responsibility for their own actions. 
Were there hiccups and miscarriages of justice along the way? Of course; as is the case wherever individuals are given control over others, but because of the uniquely American concept of three separate but equal branches of government and separation of power, good leaders were able to rein in the self serving and corrupt without uncurable damage to society.
That all began to change in a big way at the beginning of the 20th Century.  As the role of government was transformed by Progressive Socialist Presidents from protector to provider, a new administrative state emerged and blossomed.
Elected representative government and rule of law, meant to protect the rights of all under a uniform system of constitutionally codified laws was replaced with administrative rule making meant to serve only those in the highest positions of power.
A new type of imperial presidency gave rise to ever expanding tentacles of control delegated to a vast administrative state advancing the political agendas of individual presidents.
An ever growing bureaucracy of technocrats was put in place to circumvent the law making role of Congress and replace it with a fourth branch of unelected and unaccountable government controlled by the President.
Administrative rules with little or no constitutional authority replaced 95% of the power of a feckless Congress all too willing to abrogate their constitutional responsibilities to professional administrators and planners...

The issue of the Dutch farmers in Holland, is a subject that we have to cover.  Because they are the direct recipients of some of the most evil aspects of U.N. Agenda 21/2030.  They're being put out of business, seeing their entire agriculture industry go down the tubes. 
Holland of all places, the Netherlands, are the number two most traded and greatest economic booster in agriculture in the world behind only the United States.
They've been told by the EU and by the U.N., that they need to end much of their agriculture to meet strict standards that were set up to reduce carbon emissions in Europe by at least 50% in the next seven or eight years.
This is something that is threatening to take the entire Dutch agricultural economy down.  When I say down, I mean making private ownership and small farms a thing of the past.  Of course this is exactly what they intended from the very beginning…

For the social credit system to work within a fully integrated command control economy, there must be a way to catalogue every single object on the planet, and to then tie patterns of individual behavior and consumption to the human subjects utilizing those objects.  Please note that I said "a fully integrated command/control economy", which is a communist, not an American, idea.
This full spectrum collection of information can then be used to reward or penalize individuals for: political affiliations, lifestyle choices, consumption of food and other raw materials, travel, professional associations, choice of friends, and an almost unlimited number of personal identifiers.
The human scoring system developed for control grid technology is known as a social credit system.  Although many Americans may find it difficult to make the connection between technological control and communism, one cannot exist without the other.  Accepting a fully integrated facial recognition system is key to positively identifying everyone and cataloging human subjects in a command/control (communist) "social credit" system of government. 
Strangely, a large number of Americans are choosing to fall in line with this totalitarian precept citing convenience as a reason despite the obvious loss of individual liberty.  This can be attributed to 80+ years of Frankfurt School Marxist indoctrination integrated into our public education institutions.
