The issue of the Dutch farmers in Holland, is a subject that we have to cover.  Because they are the direct recipients of some of the most evil aspects of U.N. Agenda 21/2030.  They're being put out of business, seeing their entire agriculture industry go down the tubes. 
Holland of all places, the Netherlands, are the number two most traded and greatest economic booster in agriculture in the world behind only the United States.
They've been told by the EU and by the U.N., that they need to end much of their agriculture to meet strict standards that were set up to reduce carbon emissions in Europe by at least 50% in the next seven or eight years.
This is something that is threatening to take the entire Dutch agricultural economy down.  When I say down, I mean making private ownership and small farms a thing of the past.  Of course this is exactly what they intended from the very beginning…

For the social credit system to work within a fully integrated command control economy, there must be a way to catalogue every single object on the planet, and to then tie patterns of individual behavior and consumption to the human subjects utilizing those objects.  Please note that I said "a fully integrated command/control economy", which is a communist, not an American, idea.
This full spectrum collection of information can then be used to reward or penalize individuals for: political affiliations, lifestyle choices, consumption of food and other raw materials, travel, professional associations, choice of friends, and an almost unlimited number of personal identifiers.
The human scoring system developed for control grid technology is known as a social credit system.  Although many Americans may find it difficult to make the connection between technological control and communism, one cannot exist without the other.  Accepting a fully integrated facial recognition system is key to positively identifying everyone and cataloging human subjects in a command/control (communist) "social credit" system of government.

Bill Coate- Colonel USMC (ret) is a Montana native, raised in Forsyth.  After graduating from Forsyth High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps.  He served four years on active duty as an Enlisted Man and returned to Montana to study history at Eastern Montana College.  Coate was commissioned as an officer in the Marine Corps after he graduated and served in the Marine Corps for 30 years, retiring at the rank of Colonel. 
After serving a tour as an aircrat maintenance officer, he completed Amphibious Warfare School where he became an intelligence officer in the SIGINT field.
He then served as Commanding Officer of Company C Marine Support Battalion, Guam.  He was the transferred to 1st Radio Battalion, Kaneohe Bay, where he served in company command billets until his transfer to Canberra, Australia, where he served as a liaison officer with the Australian Defence Force.  During this time he deployed with the ADF to Operation WARDEN, a United Nations peace enforcement operation in the East Timor.
During 2000-2001 he attended U.S. Army Command and General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, KS.  He then served as the assistant chief of staff G2 MARFORRES until 2002 when he received orders to USCENTCOM to become the SIGINT collection manager. 
During Operation IRAQI FREEDOM he served as the Iraq all source Intelligence Team Chief in Qatar.  He then returned to Tampa for a short period before he was sent to Baghdad to establish the National Intelligence Center.  He finished his military service as the Commandant at the Marine Corps Military Intelligence Training Center at Quantico, VA.
