At the UN Earth Summit in Rio De Janeiro in 1992 a program of sustainable development known as UN Agenda 21 was introduced to an unsuspecting world. This far ranging UN program called for a complete transformation of society wherein private property, individual liberty, and God given (unalienable) rights would no longer exist and mankind would succumb to a totalitarian one world socialist/Marxist government that would control every aspect of our lives from cradle to grave.Western ranchers natural resource producers are targeted for elimination with virtually all public and private lands in the Western US becoming wilderness. This includes lands that have been owned and worked by the same families for 5 or more generations.
The misnamed re-introduction of Canadian Gray Wolves into Yellowstone Park was a scam from the very beginning. The plan was to move breeding pairs of a much larger and more aggressive wolf species from Northern Canada into the range of the smaller and more reclusive Rocky Mountain Timber Wolf that existed in manageable numbers throughout the Western Continental U.S. Most of those native wolves were soon wiped out by the much larger and more aggressive species and we now face a burgeoning wolf population that threatens wildlife, ranching and rural Americans in ways that would have been inconceivable fifty years ago.
U.S. National Forest policy has created an environmental crisis that could be easily avoided with basic stewardship and just a kernel of common sense. Decades of anti-logging policies and lawsuits filed by Environmental Attorneys posturing to stop every timber sale on National Forest lands have severely impacted the logging industry and are harming the natural and human environment.
Our guests will be: Author and Public Speaker Michael Stickler who will be talking about his latest autobiographical book Cliven Bundy – American Patriot. Stickler met Cliven Bundy in the Southern Nevada Detention Center and spent 2 months interviewing and assembling the information to write an honest and detailed autobiography of the man labeled as a Domestic Terrorist by Harry Reed and the BLM. This autobiography is the story of a family that decided it had no option but to take a last stand to protect the Western ranching tradition from a Federal leviathan hell bent on absolute control of every aspect of our lives, especially our property. His stand is a case study in what could happen to anyone willing to stand against Federal Land Agency Bureaucrats, and why it is important to be willing to make that stand. The Federal machine has become much too powerful, with a total disregard for the uniquely American tradition of private property and constitutional republican government. After hearing this radio program you are tasked with deciding for yourself......is Cliven Bundy a terrorist or a patriot.
Our guest will be Pennsylvania farmer Bob Brace (Brace Farms)who has spent the past 30+ years in very costly litigation over a wetlands issue that should have never have become a problem. He will be joined by property rights advocate and local government consultant, Jim Carlson ( Stillwater Technical Solutions), and Science Editor/Writer for Range Magazine, Chance Gowan.
Our radio broadcast for Tuesday, February 27th, 2018 will feature Property Rights Attorney, Constitutional Law expert, and Wyoming Gubernatorial Candidate Harriet Hageman, and Local Government Consultant and Property Rights Advocate Jim Carlson, who return to our radio program for an encore discussion of the war on the West and attacks on private property by federal agencies and overregulation. We will look at conservation easements as tools by sustainable development groups to lock up private property from development and all mining and mineral development; meanwhile they lobby Congress and Federal agencies for more restrictions and regulations that make those conserved lands less and less productive.
John Lamb has been my guest on radio programs over the past several years as a daily observer to the Malheur and Bundy Trials. John has kept our listeners informed about the daily trial events and the politically charged actions by the prosecuting attorneys, judges, and government witnesses over the 2 year time frame and various trials. This broadcast will include a recap of the various trials and will outline the many unanswered questions about the future of private property and small independent ranchers and farmers in the west. John will be joined by Roger Root who was part of the Bundy legal team. Roger will provide insight into the legal challenges remaining for the Bundy family, and what can be done to make sure these types of injustice are not repeated.
My guests will be Idaho Legislator Judy Boyle and Rancher/Writer Hank Vogler for a 2 hour program to discuss the Malheur/Bundy trials and the open attacks on private property, water rights, grazing leases, and western rural lifestyles.
We will discuss the morphing of our criminal justice system from a protector rights of the common man to a destroyer of those rights while becoming a protector of special interests and out of control federal land agencies hell-bent on implementing radical environmental policies espoused as sustainable development.
