Montana and many rural states are fighting for their lives and increasingly rely on their more pro-freedom State Legislators to draft and pass legislation meant to slow or stop the federal onslaught. Today we will talk with some who understand the need to protect citizens and promote ideas that restore freedom and personal responsibility.
Cornerstones of American exceptionalism include the right to speak openly and the right to freely associate without harassment or censorship. We will look at Legislative efforts to protect those unalienable rights.
GUESTS: Randal Pinocci – Public Service Commissioner – District 1 in North Central and Eastern Montana.
Theresa Manzella – Montana Senate District 44
Brad Tschida - HD 97 Montana Legislature
Martin Lynch - Process Engineering Degree ASU (Post Grad MBA & Law)

Guest: Bill Coate - Colonel USMC (ret)
A look at the Non-Governmental Organizations and Tax Exempt Foundations that control virtually all levels of our Federal Government and increasingly shape many state and local government policies as well. Although these powerful groups pay almost no taxes, they are at the heart of the radical political changes sweeping America in the form of sustainability policies, illegal immigration, banking & finance, commerce, international trade, education, social policies, defense spending, law enforcement, etc., etc. ad infinitum.
Non-profits and Tax Exempt Foundations have become nothing short of money laundering schemes to pass all costs of their insanely radical programs on to the American Middle Class who are growing poorer as the Tax Exempts become ever more influential, powerful and incredibly wealthy. The dirty little (not so) secret is that Non-profits and Tax Exempt Foundations now own Washington, the district of criminals and are unabashedly buying the rest of the world with the unwitting help of American taxpayers. https://danhappel.com/why-the-second-amendment-is-more-important-than-ever/
Guest: Dr. Edwin Vieira, Jr.
The Second Amendment was not inserted into the Constitution to guarantee the right to hunt! It was always meant to guarantee that tyranny by big government could never destroy the liberty of the common man by assuring them the permanent and unencumbered right of individual self protection. The right to keep and bear arms is nothing less than the right to protect oneself from the tyranny of the state, especially the heavily armed and omnipotent police state.
The Founders knew that too much power concentrated in the hands of a few, would ultimately lead to the type of crisis in confidence that we face today, and provided the means to defend the republic against all form of tyranny. If we fail to understand that America is truly under assault from enemies......both foreign and domestic, and that a fundamental aspect of self defense is the right to resist when tyrants are staring us squarely in the face.

“You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. And what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things that you think you could not do before.” ― Rahm Emanuel
The shuttering of many small businesses and the forced lockdown of most of the developed world has played perfectly into the Marxist gameplan of government control of society, restricting personal travel, and ending free association of individuals. Although the real effects from months of virtual total shutdown of small businesses and the highest unemployment numbers since the Great Depression may not be felt for many months, the impacts on society will be far reaching and will likely lead to societal changes that would have been heretofore incomprehensible for most Americans.

The final "culling of the herd" is being orchestrated right in front of us and cannot happen without total martial control of civil society, reduced food production, and the end of lawful self defense. This will be further facilitated with forced vaccination and subsequent microchipping programs that are being touted by progressive socialist "global citizen" billionaires and their tax exempt foundations like The Rockefeller Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and George Soros' Open Society Foundation to name a few. All are calling for forced vaccinations and digital identification of everyone on the planet, such as now exists in communist China under the Google created social credit system. Revelation 13:16-17 "And he made all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark in their right hand or on their foreheads. And that no one could buy or sell, save they have the mark or the name of the beast or the number of his name, and that number is six hundred sixty six."

At the UN Earth Summit in Rio De Janeiro in 1992 a program of sustainable development known as UN Agenda 21 was introduced to an unsuspecting world. This far ranging UN program called for a complete transformation of society wherein private property, individual liberty, and God given (unalienable) rights would no longer exist and mankind would succumb to a totalitarian one world socialist/Marxist government that would control every aspect of our lives from cradle to grave.Western ranchers natural resource producers are targeted for elimination with virtually all public and private lands in the Western US becoming wilderness. This includes lands that have been owned and worked by the same families for 5 or more generations.

The Second Amendment was never meant to guarantee the right to hunt or target practice under a controlled political environment. It was always about the right of Americans to protect themselves from an out of control omnipotent federal leviathan such as we are confronting today. Wake up America and join the fight to preserve our great republic.

We will be doing a day after Christmas broadcast on the radical animal rights movement with my special guests Mindy Patterson of The Cavalry Group, and Montana State Representative Theresa Manzella to talk about how radical animal rights groups and well meaning but sadly mis-informed elected officials are threatening the future of ranching and animal husbandry nationwide. Hear from real experts how harmless sounding new regulations and laws are intentionally being written to cripple livestock and poultry producers with the ultimate goal of ending the independent small farm and ranching lifestyle in conformance with UN Agenda 21 sustainable development policies. Hear how deceptive marketing to wealthy urbanites is generating huge sums of cash that are funding campaigns to end American animal husbandry and promote the re-wilding of America from coast to coast. This will be a really eye-opening broadcast on a subject that is virtually ignored by the mainstream media.

This week’s radio program will have a return of Jim Carlson to do a part 2 of the radio program he did with us on November 16th, 2017. Jim will be delving into the subject of conservation easements and the taking of private property through this process. A young rancher from Montana (Nathan Descheemaeker) will join us for the last half of the program to talk about his experience dealing with environmental groups and the BLM on public and private land that makes up The American Prairie Initiative aka The Buffalo Commons.

John Lamb has been my guest on radio programs over the past several years as a daily observer to the Malheur and Bundy Trials. John has kept our listeners informed about the daily trial events and the politically charged actions by the prosecuting attorneys, judges, and government witnesses over the 2 year time frame and various trials. This broadcast will include a recap of the various trials and will outline the many unanswered questions about the future of private property and small independent ranchers and farmers in the west. John will be joined by Roger Root who was part of the Bundy legal team. Roger will provide insight into the legal challenges remaining for the Bundy family, and what can be done to make sure these types of injustice are not repeated.

Councils of Government (COGs) are rapidly replacing or transferring decision making from local elected governments to professional planners and administrators that are totally unaccountable to local voters. Bureaucrats and professional planners are the Trojan horse of the New World Order.
November 14, 2017
Tomorrow morning we will be doing a program with Property Rights Attorney and Constitutional Law expert Harriet Hageman, and Local Government Consultant and Property Rights Advocate Jim Carlson, who have promised to give our listeners a very large dose of truth and enlightenment on the degree and impact of Federal overreach on public and private lands. This promises to be a very frank and open discussion of a subject that impacts all Americans, not just rural landowners. Private property is a cornerstone of our free republic, and the continual reduction and eventual elimination of those rights will eventually impact everyone and needs to be understood as a basic freedom that must not be sacrificed.
October 10, 2017
My guests will be Idaho Legislator Judy Boyle and Rancher/Writer Hank Vogler for a 2 hour program to discuss the Malheur/Bundy trials and the open attacks on private property, water rights, grazing leases, and western rural lifestyles.
We will discuss the morphing of our criminal justice system from a protector rights of the common man to a destroyer of those rights while becoming a protector of special interests and out of control federal land agencies hell-bent on implementing radical environmental policies espoused as sustainable development.
